You can create from 100 to 10 000 unique variations of NFTs character collection from one basic theme or character as a base
1- Basic Character design (there can me made some basic variations in poses if rigged)
Mixed with different traits (amount depends on the size of the collection)

The best option will be to discuss the project in advance so it is easier for me to understand your needs. 3D animated (GIF/MP4) format is also an option but out of these plans and we can also discuss that.
